Midnight’s answer to prayer

Heaven gave me good health.
Good health allowed me hard work.
Hard work provided dignity.
Dignity sought liberty.
Liberty demanded freedom.
Freedom and liberty are all I ask.

I have recently written about the reason the so-called financial meltdown took control of America’s financial future, but so you might understand what I am going to inscribe, I will outline a brief analysis of what really happened, and what caused the chain of events we are currently experiencing. Over three years ago, "The Federal Reserve" decided they wanted to micro-manage the economy more to their liking. --They raised the interest rate incrementally 25 times.-- This caused a drastic economic slowdown.– Realizing they had put the inflationary brakes on too hard, they quickly reversed the interest rate to start downward, but it was too late. – Banks and lending institutions began to fail because bad loaning practices caused mortgage loans to go unpaid and the housing market collapsed.– Bad mortgage loans were fabricated because banks and lending institutions were forced to approve non-collateralized loans because of new government regulations.– The Treasury Department is currently attempting to stabilize the resulting multiple failures of America’s largest financial institutions by pumping massive capital into the financial system.----So you see, if you want to be perfectly honest about it, the President had nothing to do with the collapse, unless you want to blame his ignorance of economics. In fact, his administration had forecast a potential future financial failure and proposed legislation to prevent it, it was scornfully voted down by the Democrats.

However, what happened in the past is not the subject matter of this commentary. It is only the groundwork for what is currently happening and what my opinion is of, what is about to happen in the not so distant future.

There are reports of The Treasury printing over "Two Trillion Dollars" of unauthorized American currency, but there are no reports of where it has gone. The current financial difficulties in the nations economy has opened the door for a scenario long hoped for by the scheming Globalist’s. Could this currency (i.e.) have been, or will be sent without cost to foreign banks to shore up their international links to the world wide trading activities? This would also provide an opportunity for other major players such as the (G-20 nations) to pay for most of their world debt’s with the free American dollars. After that happens, more American dollars could be printed to replace other foreign currencies making the dollar so predominant in the world's money system that other foreign currencies, such as the "Euro" could be destroyed allowing the dollar to be the standard currency throughout the world. The worth of the currency would have no value other than what the three major banks in the world, or The One World Government, assigned to it.—The Federal Reserve, The International monetary Fund, and The World Bank.— They would now control the value and distribution of all the currency in the world, and when you control the world’s money supply, you control the world. Is this not what Globalism is all about? Is this not what Communism has dreamed about? New laws on bartering with one form of goods for another without currency by the general public, would soon be dealt with by severe penalties. Governments that might object to the money barons control could print their own currency once again, but no one would honor it, except the nation that printed it, rendering the rouge nation helpless to trade fairly outside of their own borders and no nation could last long with un-recognized currency.

This single scenario is only one of the plans of Globalism that is just over our shoulder. What will we do about it?? ----I am afraid the answer will be, "nothing." Americans have grown fat, lazy, and ignorant and don’t want to believe anything unless it comes out of the mouth of "Obama," the savior.

All the happiness and praise given him during the election will soon turn to fear and misery and we may regret the day "WE" were born. Thanks, to the gross stupidity of shallow liberalism.

After the election. the victims of ignorance wept and danced with joy, for victory was theirs at last. But victory from what; and now that their objective has been achieved, where will it take them? The old clique comes to mind, "Out of the frying pan and into the fire." That’s why the Eagle can’t land, he will get burned himself. He must continue to soar until, like "Noah," he can see dry ground and a place where he can rest and build a new nest.

The nest must be strong and able to withstand the winds of cultural stupidity and wickedness that always accompany it. As it is true with all of us, Eagles need family, and from the nest, he must fly above the self condemned and search for others that have survived ignorance and share his specific genetic inheritance. A strong family can survive attacks and protect their new dwellings from assailants that have equal abilities of strength and cunning, but lack the volition of purpose. This is the land of intelligent free Christian patriots, and our sovereignty will not be invaded by vultures. These same vultures are now waiting for the death of a wounded America, so they can devour the remains without jeopardy. They don’t intend to share the meat with the misinformed that helped shoot the arrow into the wounded.

American Eagles have been placed on the endangered species list before, but they will survive and multiply, then determine which direction they will choose to fly back and land on the stable and productive soil which was given to us by God. Yesterday, I looked up and saw an American Eagle gliding by. He was very beautiful to watch. Under my breath, I silently uttered, "Land here, this is where you belong and I will help protect you from the manipulated slayers of American principles."

There is a pathway to every destination, but it requires close examination of the map to locate the best and safest routes of travel. If your heart and mind is that of a conservative pro-American, I invite you to help me put out the fire and allow the Eagle to land safely. Then lets search for that pathway to national security and prosperity together. The American Eagle must remain our symbol forever and his nest must be constructed from the strong and various branches of Freedom.

Based on the information currently coming off the airways, a good percentage of the banks have taken the government's offer of credit intended bailout. 175 billion will be sent to the banks yet this week. So does that mean they will now provide the general public with opportunities for credit loans? Not so. They are using the money for paying off the financial obligations they accumulated while running their lending institutions and banks into huge deficits while providing government required lending to people who were very high risk borrowers. It has been reported that CEOs and board chairmen are once again allocating obscene bonuses to themselves and other members of the boards from the new infusion of federal cash. All while denying loans to businesses and others who can provide secured collateral. How can they commit such a vile act when the nation is in such a financial meltdown? — It is simply, because there is still no law against it, and our moron Secretary of The Treasury is in a panic mode. This is what I meant when I said, they should take a little time to sort it all out and make sure the money went only to those in the free market, and also back to FDIC insured passbook holders who would start refueling the economy. --- Do you smell a second wave of massive thievery by the very people that were responsible for the first crash? Why should they care about their bank's future when they can now milk the golden cow the second time around, just in case they missed doing it the first time. These people just quit, or get fired from their jobs, and disappear into oblivion as multi-millionaires.

My friends, I hope that you will demand, yes demand, by the power of your vote that your representatives dedicate themselves to our nation's financial restoration, or we will soon slip into pure dependency on a bankrupt liberal government.--- Obama = Socialism.

The blueprints ultimate achievement is creating a "One World Government." Contributing organizations located here in the U.S. are The United Nations, The Council on Foreign Relations and The Trilateral Commission. Their membership consists of the highest political, industrial and academic leaders in the nation. Early global prominence includes,--- Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin and the Russian philosopher, Trotsky. More recent enrollees are the incredibly rich families including ,(i.e.) The Rockefellers,- The Rothschilds- and The Bilderbergs. Major media outlets are The New York Times and The Washington Post. ( etc.) Individual political supporters, past and present include,— Albert Pike, (KKK)- Mikhail Gorbachev, (former Premier of Russia)- Zbigniew Brezezinski, (former Secretary of State)- Jimmy Carter,- George Bush the Sr,- and George Bush the Jr. Both of them have both spoken in support of The Globalists, (or Internationalists, take your pick) I doubt if either of them fully understand what they are promoting.) The list is much longer. Other contributors of major importance are the private banking corporations. The Federal Reserve, The World Bank and the Swiss Bank of International Settlements. The latter is where all the supremely rich thieves, political despots and robbers of other banking systems, keep their personal fortunes. No one can access any accounts by name. It is done by a secret numbers system, known only by the bank and the depositors. I believe it would be fair to say that at least half of the worlds wealth lies within those walls.

~~~~ First, is the regulation of intellectual activity, resulting in the introduction of all information (Propaganda ) designed to complement the aspirations of globalism. It will leave no space for the worship of a deity whatsoever. The Illuminati worship only themselves and make no secret of it. The emphasis of all education will focus on pure secular socialism and it’s merits will be preached from birth to the grave.

~~~~Second, The gradual command of all political parties and leaders in all governments of the world. Even now, Presidents and Prime ministers speak in hushed tones when they mention Internationalism for fear of their lives. The American Democrats have already given them a secure foothold in the U.S. Congress when they speak of redistribution of wealth and extreme environmentalism. They will use periods and situations of military and financial stress to act out their self assigned roles of saviors of tranquility. (Sound familiar?) The masses will flock to their plans for a measure of security.

~~~~Third, All houses of worship and various other institutions of ecclesiastical activity will be strictly contained by political accusations of anti-government lecturing and threats of jail time for avoiding heavy taxation. Most of America’s church’s have already fallen silent only because of political correction decades ago. Historically, all of these restrictions were formally carried out by the Nazi’s in The National Socialistic Workers Party of Germany in the 1930s. The progress of each of these initiatives is already advanced into the second stages of completion. History, over and over again.

~~~~Fourth, and most important, They will secure all the monetary institutions of the world through privately owned reserve banks. Complete success has already been achieved. We were talked into this capitulation in 1911 using the European system as a model. There are only three banking systems left in the world, " The Federal Reserve, The world Bank and The International Monetary Fund.." and they are already owned and controlled by The Dark People. How can any government operate without access to their own financial resources ??? Who owns who??

Allow me to give you a short list of techniques to destroy (this) great nation. (Not listed in order of importance.)

– Use political correctness to constantly erode the basic Bill of Rights guaranteed in the constitutional addendum.-- Speech, guns, assembly, etc, etc.

– Divide the inhabitants by race, gender, economic strata’s and religious convictions.

– Deny the military adequate funding for larger ranks using technological advancement.

– Elect party selected, self serving, uninformed candidates to The U.S. Congress.

– Destroy the industrial base by allowing American business free flight to cheap labor in foreign countries.

– Continue unelected lifetime Supreme Court judges. (One of the few constitutional blunders.)

The inevitable question is;" Why does any person or organization want total control of the Planet ?? Only a few of histories most infamous characters can answer that question, Nebuchadnezzar, Alexander, Caesar Augustus, Genghis Kahn, Napoleon, Hitler and now, The Illuminati.--- What about the Future? Some call Barak Obama the savior. Does he belong to the Dark closet people? (Not a cheap pun) The answer is both "Yes" and "No." You will notice he uses the phrase; "We need to build a new economy,– From the bottom up!" That’s a favorite point used by "The Illuminati." They start with the weakest and work their way up. Where does his seemingly endless financial support come from; the poorest in our society?? If Obama has a connection with The Illuminati and he believes he is a permanent member, he is mistaken. The Dark Closet people will not accept a black man into their midst. Albert Pike (KKK) made that very clear. They are using him because he temporarily fits the need to advance their philosophy and a few hundred million means absolutely nothing to them. He is articulate in speech, he has almost total support of the black population, the so called disenfranchised look to him for change and that is exactly what the Black Closet people want. It is called "Totalitarianism."

Can you think of any part of your daily affairs that are not regulated by the theorists? The founders started out with three basic responsibilities. Establishing a federal court system, – providing for the common defense of our country,-- which means controlling our borders with a military, -- and securing the blessings of liberty, which means keeping the Governments off of our backs with excessive regulation. Regulating your personal wealth is none of their business. The recent collapse of the financial system can be laid squarely on the shoulders of the federal regulators. Most of the "whose fault was it crowd," has traced it back to the collapse of two federal mortgage lending company’s called "Freddie and Fannie." Their demise was followed by banks called "Lehman Brothers" and "Bear Stearns" before the government jumped in and propped up two others called "AIG and Wachovia."

The missing link here, is the activities of "The Federal Reserve Corp" whose interfering activities began over three years ago. (I almost misspelled that "Three ‘tears ago.’) They looked at the economy and concluded that Americans were too happy and making too much money. Their consensus was, "That’s inflation, and we must bring it under our control by raising interest rates on credit availability." Wanting to show that they were not irrelevant and unimportant, they increased the lending rates by .25%. They followed this action with 24 more quarter percent raises bringing the total to 25 increases . If you divide those 25 hikes by four, bringing four hikes to a single percentage point, it comes to a 6.25% rate increase. This was piled on top of the existing rates (2.5 %) that loans already had at that time, you now had a 8.75% rate on credit loans. That is too high for average Americans. The Fed’s who were casually watching the results of each increase to monitor the effects on the economy, now suddenly realized (after the 25th hike) they had gone too far. They should have stopped after twelve or fifteen hikes and waited for the effects to catch up. But it was too late. The momentum of the slowdown was too strong for a soft landing. This created panic in the Federal Reserves board of directors causing them to make another stupid mistake. They suddenly reversed the upward trend in rates by starting a downward decline to stop the powerful slowdown trends they had started themselves. They began the recovery to normalcy (which they should have let alone in the first place) by dropping the rates by one half percent (.05%) and sometimes even up to a full percentage point at one time. This rapid decrease in interest rates crashed into the slowdown momentum that had not yet caught up to the Fed’s increases and created massive confusion and a huge loss of confidence in the market places. The housing market suddenly dropped because it was overvalued in the first place by lenders and that led to the collapse of the mismanaged "Freddy and Fannie" government backed lenders. Remember, that our economy operates mostly on our confidence to produce, not on the gold that once supported it.

This was the main root of the financial collapse (I believe it was on purpose to gain ownership of all the failed businesses and mortgages on our money,) now they want you to forget who it was that started it by telling you that this was someone else’s fault and they know how to correct it. (That’s like shooting someone and saying, " Stand back, we are the only one’s that know how to doctor this wound.") This is also what happens when you have conflicting economic philosophies from both sides of the political isle. Most of our Treasury Secretary’s are appointed because of their political connections, not economic expertise.

So, what is my conclusion of this analysis? --- Leave the mega investors do the day trading until market stability prevails. Try to protect your money by investing in your own requirements and local investments, that is if you like investing. Investing in local bonds might help your own community. Stay away from foreign investments, we already owe them too much of our money. Buy materials that you can protect and can be resold at later dates for a profit. This responsible use of your money will do more for the economy than putting it in the stock market, and it’s a heck of a lot safer for you. And last but not least, elect representatives that know enough about economics to return us to solvency. Representatives that will dedicate themselves to ridding America from a corrupt, self controlled, private organization called "The Federal Reserve." It is communism incognito.

I have faith in a simplistic financial world, but the system has advanced so far beyond the average person's ability to understand man made complexities, that he doesn’t know he is being fleeced even when it is happening to him. America will always financially rebound if we keep government out of it. The unwritten laws of supply and demand will prevail and provide with conservative principals at the steering wheel.

I say "no, no, no" to the bailout of criminally supervised lending institutions. Let them fail! We can recover without them until new and more honest business lenders replace them, and it will happen. ( Commercial banks, Credit Unions, Venture Capitalists, Local Bonds, and hundreds of thousands of privately owned banks, etc.) I say "yes, yes. yes" to living up to the guarantees given by the FDIC to replace the passbook savings of average Americans when they show proof of what they lost in the bank failures. This action would only be a mini fraction of what massive debt the government is bailing out. I sincerely doubt if we will ever see prosecution of the mega robbers that got us into this unbelievable mess. Don’t panic like some I know. Go slow and believe in the real America, its spirit is indestructible.

Unfortunately, Individuals in the U.S. Congress also miserably failed their duties of oversight and even profited handsomely themselves by indirect collusion with the CEO s — I have every confidence that the nation will rebound to financial stability after a very painful period of adjustment, just as we always have when confronted with unanticipated threats from inside or out of this great nation. The trouble is, it will leave a scar on our record of managing our affairs with prudence and up-front honesty. Unlike the guilty parties that always say "we should just move on," we cannot do that without finding out who failed and why, and then severely punish those who are convicted in courts. Otherwise we will repeat the same mistakes again in the future. All of this confirms the fact that the U.S. Congress is crowded with people that are too incompetent to occupy congressional seats. Many of them were elected to office because of political connections, or they have a lot of money, or they were ushered in with the support of self serving groups looking for an agreeable representative to promote their cause. It is because of the inadequate political abilities of these people that we are suffering as a nation. Also, many of our representatives were carried into office by the power of political party leaders, whose ultimate purpose was designed to strengthen their own leadership positions back home in the political "clubs." Here in Michigan we are lead by the "Blue Dog" leftovers from the idealism of the Rockefeller generation . They choose who they want, from the field of candidates, and then try to convince the less informed of the voting public to support their choice, not yours.

I can no longer stand by and watch the slaughter of the American financial system by pirates from banks and lending company’s located here within our borders, and even from foreign banks that have a facility here in our country. It’s enough to salvage our own system from our own pirates without saving the rear ends of people that invade our assets from foreign soil. Let them cure their own problems. The American public must not get stuck with the unbelievable expense of illicit actions allowed by left wing regulators, and phenomenally greedy lending institutions that used government insured deposits as a "Piggy Bank," to vote themselves astonishing bonuses and contributions to supporting politicians. After witnessing the failure of Congress, I am once again going to run for The United States Congress as the Representative from the 1st District as a "Write in Candidate." I have already signed and submitted the necessary paper to the Election Commission, and have received the return receipt of acceptance of intent. This makes me a legitimate "Write In" candidate that has submitted enough nominating signatures to be eligible to be elected if enough write in signatures are obtained. I did not win the primary because of three cycles of party chairs, including Rusty Hills, Betsy DeVoss and now Saul Anusis. None of them has ever given me a single breath of support because they considered me a "an outsider," Not to be included because I won’t be confined to party policy. Isn’t this what America needs? Leaders who closely examine the nations problems and apply rational intelligence from human experience as the guide to preserve the nations role as the worlds only superpower? Someone who understands the heritage gleaned from the most prominent founders, such as Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Madison, Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan? I have been a voting Republican since Dwight Eisenhower, (56 years) while the party’s selected candidate has by his own admittance, (I heard him say it twice) discovered the philosophical difference between parties for the first time in 2002 when he ran for state office.

Ron Paul supporters:
I have always run for office as a Ronald Reagan Conservative and the only reason I could not accept Ron Paul’s candidacy was because of his foreign policy which included a fast pullout from Iraq. This, I felt was in line with the far left wingers who wanted to do the same, and open the door for left wing critics. Otherwise his domestic policies and values are parallel with my own. Therefore I offer immediate hope for the Ron Paul supporters to join me in constructing a dynamic force in Washington that will return our nation to the fundamentals of conservatism. I got along very well with Linda Goldthorpe, (Ron Pauls 1st District candidate,) so well in fact, that she and I traveled together to political functions. I even carried some of her petition signatures with me to Lansing and submitted them for her, when I submitted my own. I also invite all of you conservatives that were unaware of the unforgivable tactics used by the Lansing leadership to inform you that their choice of a candidate should be your own. Nonsense, a candidate should be chosen by his character and intelligence and that is for you to decide without their influence. At the end of this letter I will provide you with a side by side comparison of qualifications and you will see why I will make a far better candidate. I am much more informed, I am far better educated, I have a very long private business experience, I have at least 100 time more travel experience throughout 49 of our continental states, (not exaggerated,) I have extensive travel in foreign countries, I created four successful businesses, I am a four year wartime military veteran. and I am a 56 year pro-life, gun tot’in Conservative-Republican. Their candidate can not even come close to this profile.

About this time some of you are asking, "Why then, didn’t you win against Stupak" The answers are simple.

--Stupak is a 16 year incumbent.
–He has over 400 times more money than I had. (He receives it from all over the nation.)
–The American people were not as angry as they are now.
–The Republicans did not get out to vote because of the negativity of the party.
–Over a six year period the Republican party has never given me a single breath of support.
–I spent over $52,000. of my own money campaigning and now I am flat broke.

While in Washington: There are hundreds of problems that deserve attention, but they must wait until we cure the major problems that face us now.
--Illegal immigration must be brought to a stop and reversed.
–We must drill for oil wherever we can get it, as fast as we can get it, on the short term.
–We must begin the return to a manufacturing society rather than a consumer- service economy.
–We must rid ourselves of the bloodsucking demands of the United Nations.
–We can strengthen the dollar by selling off about half of the gold bullion gathering dust in Ft. Knox. (to American citizens.) The gold is no longer supporting the U.S. Dollar anyway. This single maneuver if done with shrewd calculation could have the effect of heading us back to the gold standard. The government should also start pulling much of the worthless currency out of the system (When worn currency is returned to the mint for replacement) to achieve a gradual balance of gold and cash to make the dollar constant in value. This would eliminate the need for the privately owned corporation called "The Federal Reserve." Any new printing for military emergency purposes would have to be repaid within two years by law.

We would have been better off to suffer a short term period of confusion after the recent collapse, and then let the free market reorganize and stabilize itself which I have no doubt it would have done if we let it work without interference. I would have voted "NO" for the second bailout bill the second time as well.----A good dose of temporary hardship would have been healthy for the nations mentality which is suffering from excessive affluence.

–We must protect the small savers and investors by raising the FDIC to three hundred thousand and let the stock market and lending institutions sort out their own problems.
–Free trade must be thoroughly reexamined.
–The military must be substantially enlarged.

I would use the power of the house seat of the first District to invite a select council of leaders appointed from the former campaigns of leaders like Fred Thompson, Mike Huckabee, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, and other conservative volunteers whose purpose would be assisting with crafting legislation designed to supercede the lawbooks of former legislation that has clogged and infected our system with protectionism for criminality. As promised, before closing, I will provide a comparison between myself and the party’s candidate;
–I have a college education.–He has none that I am aware of.
–I have been a conservative for 56 years.–He only learned about it 6 years ago.
–I have a military record of four years.– He has none.
–I come from a family of six veterans. –They contributed none that I know of.
–I created four successful businesses.– He inherited one.
–I employed 24 people.–He employed two or three.
–I traveled over 6 million miles throughout 49 continental states and three foreign countries. His travel experience, ?????
–I spent $ 52,000. of my own money campaigning. How much of his own did he spend ????
–I spent 2 ½ years in a non paying Republican office.–He served none.
–I began supporting gun protecting organizations back in the Sixties.–That’s as old as he is.

Based on what you just read, if you were to choose a leader for the protection of your own family, which would you choose ? My friends, I am not going to mince with words. If you want a representative that has political creativity and vision, I am your man. People listen to mean old guys like me. (They’re afraid not to.) We know what we’re talking about. Why do you suppose every society in history always chose the elders for their leaders? We don’t go to our office and come back to our districts to report on what happened on the floor, we use intelligence and forcefulness to make things happen. "The Mackinac Center for Public Policy" rated the accomplishments of the last session of the Michigan legislators as "The worst ever." We don’t want that kind of achievement to continue in the U.S. Congress.

My friends, what I have just described for you is a situation that is more dangerous to the future of our nation than any event that has occurred since World War II. We are already in bankruptcy and recession and we must develop a plan of austerity to get us out of it. It will take mature and educated leaders to get us back on the track of responsibility.

I am asking you to put aside any bias that you might have, and vote for competency rather than popularity. We cannot fail in this matter or your children might be living in a state of Socialist-Communism in just a few years.

Also of vital importance is your ability to use your verbal skills and your E-mails to pass this letter on to your contacts. What I have written here is the truth and I think you know it as well as I.

Put the name of "DON HOOPER" in the write in box on the ballot. You just can’t do any better.

The more I read of the intermingling of world banks and world trade and world militarism, The more I realize that we are free falling into an international hole that we will not be able to crawl out of. -- Its like going over to your neighbors houses and saying ," lets put all of our money and problems together and we will be able to solve them better." Someone else's problems and their goals are different from our own, and after a brief period you would want to kill one another. If we don't pull our affairs out of the global ring soon we will lose our identify. We must fight the internationalists (Communists) with every ounce of energy we have and retreat to within our own borders to do our business and manufacture as much of our own goods as we can. Our military is the only force that should wander outside to prevent eventual attack before it occurs. Keep your own home to yourself and your family. That's where happiness is. We can trade by communication just as we have always done. We don't have to be there and they don't have to be here. We will buy your products with the equivalent of your money to ours and they can do the same from us.
Watch out my friends or we will soon have no borders or identity. Please don't listen to these b-s-a-d-s. They are only trying to hold a job of importance.

Now is the time for the government to show strength, wisdom and maturity by falling short of declaring martial law. However over the time frame of about two weeks, this is a golden opportunity to tell the treasury secretary, "Paulson" to take a hike, because he is a week kneed, nervous moron who is only concerned about protecting his very rich C.E.O. friends who were largely responsible for this mess in the beginning.

–The President should also take this wonderful opportunity to get rid of "The Federal Reserve," declare it insolvent by executive order, and turn the control of the nations currency back to the United States Congress, where it belongs.

–He should also declare the United States free from any obligation to The United Nations or foreign banking systems.

–He should then assure the American people that everyone should remain calm and that no one will lose anything, because the government will seize the records and assets of the failing banks and buy the bad loans and mortgages and begin the process of restoring the banking system without the large control of the lenders that got us into this dilemma.

–He should then appoint a new blue ribbon commission from select conservative members of congress to oversee the distribution of currency to those who have invested and lost it (while keeping good records of disbursements,) and start to sell the bad mortgages at a profit, to financial institutions that are financially sound in order to repay the government for it’s involvement.—Remember, we still have private banks, Credit Unions, Commercial Banks and others that are still largely unaffected by this turmoil. Above all, he must not refinance the idiots and their organizations that caused this mess. Federally insured investments should be raised from $ 100,000 to 300,000.

–He should then ask the Congress to eliminate the current "Financial Oversight Committee" in favor of the newly appointed one. This action will get rid of Barney Frank, Chuck Schumer and Christopher Dodd, who were more responsible for this mess than anyone. Hearings can come later.

–These actions would cost only a fraction of the unrestricted $700 billion that Paulson and Bernacke want for their multi billionaire friends.

All that is needed is a little time and calmness, and if we are thoughtful and prudent, we can come out of this mess stronger then we were before. It is time for American’s to put America first and trust to our heritage.

Education, —Is the process of learning based on discovery, which results in an evolutionary process dedicated to achieving at least a basic understanding of most all things that compose our physical universe, including those of an abstract nature. It should be the crown jewel of our existence, but intellectual enlightenment, no matter how well intended, can be contaminated by false information, especially if the information has a deceiving motive behind it. Because of this contrivance, the modern educational process has become a learning exercise that has lost a significant measure of the trust it once enjoyed. Many of the nations most prominent educational institutions have been degraded to bastions of self serving political ideological grandstands. That may be a strange description of a procedure that brought us from the cave and the club to the super power of the world. But while the concept of "learning" is still as pure as it has ever been, the vehicles of information have been hi-jacked by revolutionaries with ulterior motives of cultural manipulation. Modern classrooms are no longer centered on basic elementary skills, they have been heavily invaded with the indoctrination of anti-American liberalism and cultural value decay.------Ronald Reagan was right, we should abandon the Department of Education, and begin a carefully designed process of shifting educational responsibilities back to the environments that gave them birth. If that setting was rural, urban or metro, each of them have unique educational characteristics that fit the specific needs of the indigenous population. One size fits all does not work.

When I was a child, Elementary schools in rural America, were almost all located in the townships in which the attending students lived. Teachers were usually people born relatively close to the schools in which they taught. They were paid, hired and regulated by the local school boards. (or P.T.A’s.) They taught the fundamentals of reading, writing and math, supplemented with the moral and ethic standards of the local communities. The learning process even included some religious and patriotic supplements to the curriculum, also approved by the locals. It was a formula for cultural strength.Then came the government theorists. They promised better facilities, better educators, specialized curriculum, and even bussing. It sounded full of promise. Too much to pass up, and was readily accepted by the majority. It all worked very well in the beginning. However, after several generations, parents lost control of the curriculum, all vestiges of religion were removed from the classroom in the name of fairness to others of different faiths, including atheism. Home taught values became diluted with morals and ethics from cultures in far away places, imported educators and government regulators changed the rural philosophies of the indigenous population. Whether generations of public school graduates contaminated the younger university professors, or if the university professors brought academic decline back to the public schools is a matter of debate. The result was the same. Most all of our universities have been so liberalized that it is almost impossible for conservative speakers to even utter a syllable before they are shouted off the stage by radical Marxist oriented students. While the campus administrators stand fearfully by. The first amendment means nothing to them unless they claim that same Constitutional right for themselves.

I know there are many educators that would staunchly defend the current elementary system because of union regulated retirement, and I understand that, and retirement benefits of current educational employees need not disappear with administrative change. However, the pattern employed by national educational facilities is in rapid decline as a whole, and I believe, is beyond repair. The current school system must be completely abandoned, revised and rededicated, otherwise our American values, which is the very moral foundation of our country will completely disappear. We can not survive for very long as a secular state, and that is where our educational system is taking us. History has proven this truth repeatedly. American education has to reflect our American heritage, our traditions, our faith and the framework of our Constitution or we will surely fail as a great nation. This single fact is paramount to our survival and can not be over emphasized.

Tom DeWeese, President of the American Policy Center, recently wrote the following – take heed:

Senator Barack Obama has introduced a dangerous bill and it's on the fast track to Senate passage, probably because of his high profile position as the expected Democrat presidential nominee. Obama hasn't done much legislatively in his freshman Senate term, but this one is very telling about what we can expect from a President Obama.

The bill is the "Global Poverty Act" (S.2433) and is not just a compassionate bit of fluff that Obama dreamed up to help the poor of the world. This bill is directly tied to the United Nations and serves as little more than a shakedown of American taxpayers in a massive wealth redistribution scheme. In fact, if passed, The Global Poverty Act will provide the United Nations with 0.7% of the United States gross national product. Estimates are that it will add up to at least $845 billion of taxpayer money for welfare to third world countries, in addition to the $300 billion Americans spent for the same thing in 2006.

The situation is urgent because the Global Poverty Act has already passed the House of Representatives by a unanimous voice vote on September 25, 2007. The senate version has been passed out of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee by unanimous consent and is ready for a full Senate vote.

Of course the United States has had an ongoing program of supplying foreign aid and assistance to the poor for decades. And the U.S. pays most of the bills at the UN for its herd of programs. So what's new about Obama's bill, and why is it dangerous?

Some history that led up to the Global Poverty Act. In 1999 and 2000 non-governmental organizations, NGOs, held numerous meetings around the world to write what became known as the Charter for Global Democracy. The document was prepared to be a blueprint for achieving global governance. In reality it was a charter for the abolition of individual freedom, national sovereignty and limited government.

The Charter for Global Democracy outlined its goals in 12 detailed "principles":

Principle One called for the consolidation of all international agencies under the direct authority of the UN.

Principle Two called for UN regulation of all transnational corporations and financial institutions, requiring an "international code of conduct" concerning the environment and labor standards.

Principle Three explored various schemes to create independent revenue sources for the UN - meaning UN taxes including fees on all international monetary transactions, taxes on aircraft flights in the skies, and on shipping fuels, and licensing of what the UN called the "global commons," meaning use of air, water and natural resources. The Law of the Sea Treaty fits this category.

Principle Four would restructure the UN by eliminating the veto power and permanent member status on the Security Council. Such a move would almost completely eliminate U.S. influence and power in the world body. In turn Principle Four called for the creation of an "Assembly of the People" which would be populated by hand-picked non-governmental organizations (NGOs) which are nothing more than political groups with their own agendas (the UN calls NGOs "civil society"). Now, the UN says these NGO's will be the representatives of the "people" and the Assembly of the People will become the new power of the UN.

Principle Six would require UN registration of all arms and the reduction of all national armies "as part of a multinational global security system" under the authority of the UN.

Principle Seven would require individual and national compliance with all UN "Human rights" treaties and declarations. Principle Eight would activate the UN Criminal Court and make it compulsory for all nations - now achieved. Principle Nine called for a new institution to establish economic and environmental security by ensuring "Sustainable Development." Principle Ten would establish an International Environmental Court Principle Eleven demanded an international declaration stating that climate change is an essential global security interest that requires the creation of a "high level action team" to allocate carbon emissions based on equal per-capita rights - The Kyoto Global Warming Treaty in action. Principle Twelve demanded the cancellation of all debt owed by the poorest nations, global poverty reductions and for the "equitable sharing" of global resources, as allocated by the UN - here is where Obama's Global Poverty Act comes in.

Specifically, the Charter for Global Democracy was intended to give the UN domain over all of the earth's land, air and seas. In addition it would give the UN the power to control all natural resources, wildlife, and energy sources, even radio waves. Such control would allow the UN to place taxes on everything from development; to fishing; to air travel; to shipping. Anything that could be defined as using the earth’s resources would be subject to UN use-taxes. Coincidentally, all twelve principles came directly from the UN's Commission on Global Governance. There was one major problem with the Charter for Global Democracy, at least as far as the UN was concerned. It was too honest and straightforward. Overt action displeases the high-order thinking skills of UN diplomats. The UN likes to keep things fuzzy and gray so as not to scare off the natives. That way there is less chance of screaming headlines of a pending takeover by the UN. So, by the time the UN's Millennium Summit rolled around in September 2000, things weren't quite so clear.

At the Summit, attended by literally every head of state and world leader, including then-president Bill Clinton, the name of the Charter had been changed to the Millennium Declaration and the language had been toned down to sound more like suggestions and ideas. Then those "suggestions" were put together in the "Millennium Declaration" in the name of all of the heads of state. No vote or debate was allowed - just acclamation by world leaders who basically said nothing. And the deed was done. The UN had its marching orders for the new Millennium. Now the principles were called "Millennium Goals," and there were eight instead of twelve. Goal 1: Eradicate Extreme Hunger and Poverty; Goal 2: Achieve Universal Primary Education; Goal 3: Promote Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women; Goal 4: Reduce Child Mortality; Goal 5: Improve Maternal Health; Goal 6: Combat HIV/AIDS, Malaria and other diseases; Goal 7: Ensure Environmental Sustainability; Goal 8: Develop a Global Partnership for Development.

Yes, these are sneaky guys, well trained in the art of saying nothing. Who could oppose such noble goals? The Millennium Project, which was set up to achieve the "goals" says on its website that it intends to "end poverty by 2015." A noble goal, indeed. So what happened to the 12 Charter principles? Take a hard look - they are all still there. Principles One, Two, and Twelve are right there in Goal 8 - to develop a global partnership for development. Now almost every world organization such as the World Bank carries a section on their web sites calling for "Millennium Development Goals" which control international banking and loan policy. They set policy goals for each country and sometimes communities to measure if nations are keeping their promise to implement the Millennium goals.

Principle Seven is clearly Goal 3, the only way to assure Gender Equality is to enforce compliance with UN Human Rights treaties. Principle Eight has already been achieved. Principle Nine is Goal 7. Al Gore is doing his best to enforce Principle Eleven. Global Warming, no matter how well the theory is debunked, just won't go away because it is one of the Millennium Goals.

And then there is Barack Obama's Global Poverty Act. Can you see which Principle that is? Of course, Principle 12 and Goal 1. Obama's bill specifically mentions the Millennium Goals as its guide and the 0.7% of GNP is right out of UN documents. In order to eradicate poverty by 2015, they say, every industrial nation must pony up 0.7% of their GNP to the UN for use in eradicating poverty.

The UN is now becoming an international collection agency, pressing to collect the promises the world leaders made at the Millennium Summit. The UN wants the cash. In 2005 former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan said, "Developed countries that have not already done so should establish timetables to achieve the 0.7% target of gross national income for official development assistance by no later than 2015..." At the Summit in 2000, the UN set clear goals to establish its power over sovereign nations and to enforce the greatest redistribution of wealth scheme ever perpetrated on the world. Now it has the Criminal Court; Sustainable Development is fast becoming official policy in every corner of the nation - only today we call it "going green;" and there is a full court press on to enforce Global Warming policy, in spite of the fact that there is now much evidence surfacing to debunk the theory.

Clearly, Obama's bill has been introduced to assure the United States falls in line with the Millennium Declaration and all that it stands for. After all, the UN needs the money to pay for its new found power. Truth, science and American taxpayer interests be hanged. Barack Obama wants to be a "world" leader. It is with mixed emotions that I send you this contemptuous message today. While I have a feeling of sadness in discussing this subject, I also have an eruption of anger within because this matter should not be revealing it’s ugly head.

There is an organized clandestine activity that is circulating within the ranks of the current Republican organization here in our 1st District. It is not evident enough to be able to pinpoint the sources of the insurrection, but it is obvious enough for anyone who has enough insight to read the signs that the underground is very busy trying to circumvent traditional behavior regarding the selection of candidates in the primary election. This revolting behavior is filtering down from the chairmanship of the party leaders in Lansing to some of the primary activists throughout the district. Their intent is to influence one another and ultimately the voting public to accept their choices for important positions in the district, while ignoring the wishes of the voters. This kind of manipulation is acceptable in the general election because the voting public has already made their choices for who is to be listed on the ballot, however, intrusion and exclusion of this type has no place whatsoever preceding the primary. It is a stain on the character of the party and all individuals who partake in this sub level activity. Unlike paint, which will eventually deteriorate and separate from it’s base, stain penetrates the core of the fabric and cannot be completely removed. I and many other of my supporters have always operated in the bright sunlight of truth, honesty, fairness and God’s grace. I expected that kind of conduct from everyone in the party, but for six long, dignified and expensive years, I have received total rejection from Lansing and this abhorrent virus of self-serving politics that is contaminating the subculture in our district. My hero, Ronald Reagan, spoke of an 11th commandment, which was,"Thou shall not speak ill of another Republican," but in his innocence he did not understand, nor did he expect that when you are maligned by your own people, you must respond by exposing appointed enemies who plot for your demise. I am very disappointed and sickened by such exclusion. You may call it "Politics," but I call it an exercise in rotgut behavior. Those who practice it and those who receive its benefits share equal guilt. You who belong to this abomination may want to take a bath in the spirit of our founding fathers who escaped from hierarchal control and established our freedom and equality.

June 26 - Don Hooper calls for 1st District Debates
The recent exchange of rhetoric between rank and file and party leadership, once again clearly points out the need for the Republican congressional debates here in the 1st District. Whoever the candidates are, what gender, or background they come from, they are the only authorized candidates we have, so now we must find one candidate out of the three that will politically best serve the security and economic future of The United States of America.

Debates are an effective tool that can peel off the protective and superficial dressing that embellish a candidates political personality. They will reveal the fundamentals of the wisdom and information vital to the candidates ability to lead. He or she, is exposed to spirited interchange by having to answer undisclosed political questions in front of a large audience, without the protection of anything other than their own wit and intelligence. (The Emperor has no clothes.) They must clearly excel in these qualities, if they are to effectively represent their constituents in The U.S. Congress where there is no room for masquerades. The aspiring candidates must also display an intelligent understanding of the national and international problems we face as a nation, and offer personal solutions gleaned from their own analytical judgement. If they are reluctant to show political promise in a debate here at home, how can we expect them to perform on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington where they will be up against seasoned opponents from the left? We can no longer afford to send uninformed interns as Federal Representatives. All Americans are currently very upset with our political representation, therefore we are obligated to provide conservative competence from the 1st District to America’s Congress in these serious times.

After locating the voter selected candidate we must all provide whatever manner of support we can contribute to him or her, and finally use our full power as rural conservatives to defeat our opposition, even if we have to drag the party leaders into doing so. If they refuse to help, put your hand on the flusher and get ready to push the handle down at our next convention. The only help that came from the Republican leadership for the 1st District Federal Candidate in the last three election cycles was complete and absolute SILENCE. If anyone can deny that statement, lets hear it. I challenge you.

Once again, I offer all of the leadership attributes mentioned above and I am willing to prove them in an open and fair debate anywhere at anytime. Let me hear the same offer from both of my opponents, or are they not up to the challenge. The people of the 1st District are deserving of a process of intense scrutiny to get the most effective leadership available.

Treasury Secretary, Henry Paulson said Thursday that the government must move quickly to give the Federal Reserve more power to regulate the financial system, contending that this years financial market turmoil had highlighted the need for action

Paulson said that the central bank’s powers should be expanded in the wake of the near collapse earlier this year of "Bear- Sterns," the giant Wall Street investment firm. He said there was a need to consider quickly on how to give the fed the power it needs to obtain information from investment banks and the responsibility to intervene to protect the overall financial system. (End Quote)

The above statement leaves me almost speechless. The Federal Reserve is a privately owned world wide banking system that is accountable to no one. The President and the Congress has to brush their teeth, comb their hair and put on their best image to even ask " The Reserve" to give the order to start the money printing presses to print worthless currency not backed by anything but "confidence" in America’s ability to pay it back. (Which they never will.) Of course The Reserve will never refuse the request of the U.S. Government because as soon as the new currency is distributed to the reserve banks across the country, the government is subject to paying interest on the requested amount to the Reserve, whom the government gave the authority to regulate the nations money supply in the first place. (Back in 1913 .) It does not cost the Reserve anything to print the money except about one cent per bill, wether it is a hundred dollar bill, or a twenty, or a ten or a single dollar bill. That is the printing cost for the order, not the ink and the paper and the labor. That is paid for by the government which owns the mint, which is you and I, (I think.) Now if that confuses you, don’t feel bad because you are not alone. Let me try to simplify this.--- You are giving me the authority to regulate your money. If you want more liquidity, you ask, or order me (depends on who thinks they are in charge) to provide the cash for your needs. Then I will dig into your source to give you your money and charge you interest on that amount for doing so. It does not matter if you do not have enough money in your reserve for your needs, because if you don’t, I will manufacture more for you with your printing press. (Sounds like a Dorito commerical.) This is what happened when we removed our currency from "The gold standard," which means that all our money was backed up by the gold in Fort Knox Kentucky and would never diminish in value caused by inflation.

The Federal Reserve wants more power, not because they don’t know how much money we have, (After all they printed it) but because they want to know how you are going to spend it. If they don’t like your investments, they will choke you off via higher interest rates. It makes me wonder what happens to all that interest money we pay to the Fed’s for the use of our own money. Can you imagine how much is payed to them from the trillions (Yes trillions) that are printed against our gold reserves ??? No one knows because they are accountable to no one. We have approximately a thirteen trillion dollar annual economy. Also I would like to know if foreign countries have committed their gold reserves to the worlds money supply. I think not.

My friends, this is only a scratch on the subject of the American dollar. But it is a huge gash on the future of American security. The answer!!! We must return to the gold standard and the elimination of the Federal Reserve if we are to control our own future.

Drilling for oil in Shale (June 19)
After listening to all of the major pundits (Including Bill O’Rielly) discuss drilling for oil, it’s easy to see that even though they are in favor of it, (About time) they still don’t get it. O’Rielly says "We must be careful not to damage the Rocky Mountains with drilling." My God, don’t they understand that drill holes are no bigger than the size of a basketball. The Rockies stretch from northwestern Montana down to southern New Mexico. A drill hole would be like one mosquito bite in a herd of bison back in the 1880 s . The drilling companies would leave the area without anyone even knowing they were there. Drilling for oil in coal shale would be even be less intrusive to the environment. Anyone that has changed oil in his own car should know that oil and water simply will not mix. That’s why getting oil out of coal shale is very easy. You don’t dig for anything. You drill some strategically located holes and then pump high pressure steam down some of them and it will force the oil free from the shale and up through the other holes. It is a very clean and efficient way to recover oil from a large underground area. The more and hotter the steam, the more oil will be freed and forced upward. Then the coal can still be mined if needed. The problem is not getting the oil, it can be accomplished in a matter of months. The problem is these nutball Democrats that go to the gas station every day and complain about the oil companies while they are filling their cars and flying their jet airplanes. They need to put Al Gore in a straight jacket. I want to puke every time I see him on T.V.

Come on folks, We Americans have to move around, It’s the way we poor one’s make our living and have purpose for existing. We want to enjoy our country and go to visit the folks. Most alternative fuels are abut 20 years away so until then, We need our own domestic oil. Lets get behind the oil producers, holler to beat hell at the politicians and let the market forces determine the price instead of the Muslims.

Running on the fumes (June 17)
I am going to greet you this morning by calling you my "Conservative colleagues" because that is the source of philosophical power we must draw on in order to save "The land of the free and the home of the brave."

I went down to the Emmet Co. Lincoln day dinner last Thursday (6-12-08) and the hosts were very gracious to me. By that I mean they allowed me to speak without the threat of a one to three minute cutoff hanging over my every word. So I didn’t abuse that freedom because I was well aware of the full agenda they were trying to squeeze into the one hour and thirty minutes that is usually the time frame for LDD’s . So I only took about six minutes to express my concerns about what is happening throughout the world and particularly here in the United States. I expressed how angry I was about what happened in the Supreme Court that morning, when they extended constitutional protection to enemy combatants located in Guantanamo Bay and other absurdities of the week such as removing the pledge of allegiance from classrooms when it offended Muslims. It was very refreshing not to have a muzzle on while the hot breath of the host was felt on the back of my neck. My message was very strong because I have a very strong voice, and I know that my words had a lot of anger in them because I feel this intense sense of frustration about what’s happening all around us in the halls of justice.

My remarks must have resonated throughout the crowd because when I sat down, I noticed a lot of people were smiling and nodding their heads in approval while applauding. I had several folks touch my arms with a big smile on their faces, and later as I was leaving several more stopped me and thanked me for expressing what they called "the truth." One elderly gentleman grabbed my arm as I walked by and asked for my card. (I didn’t have one because I can’t afford them) so I wrote my address on a piece of scrap paper and several days later I was greeted with a hand written note and a check for two hundred dollars. He said, " I’m not even sure what office your running for, but I admire your efforts to get elected." I experienced an emotional gush fill me with lasting gratitude. I will write and tell him how much I appreciate his generosity. That money will help me get to the next place where I can once again stress strong conservative leadership if elected to congress. I am keenly aware of all the issues my friends, and I have answers for them. Those answers will strongly reverberate in the House of Representatives if I get a chance to stand there. I am not cute, and I am not someone else’s creation, I have my own mind and I am a mean old man that has guts, drive, energy and intelligence gleaned from a vast array of life’s experience and I will use these attributes for the benefit and safety of us all.

I only have about thirty five names in my e-mail address book but I know that a lot of you have many more than that. So I am asking you to use them by forwarding this message to all of your friends. The message is,-- I am desperate for just enough finances to help me pay the cost of getting to the places where I need to be in order to spread the conservative message of hope for our nation. I am looking for the small donors that can squeeze enough out of their budgets to pay for a political insurance policy. To insulate us from the destruction that a U.S. Congress filled with liberals can bring down on us. That smooth talking Muslim, Barak Hussain Oboma reminds me of the anti-christ that will convince most of the world he is their savior, all while leading them to total destruction, including their own lives. And yes, even Bart Stupak who has endorsed this ultra liberal Oboma, and the United Nations organization, is becoming more liberal himself every day by siding with the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid who I feel are the devil's advocates. We must remove that man from office after 16 years of robbing the U.S. Treasury and accepting gay marriage, among many other liberal ideals. My own party will not even give me the time of day, they want to lock me out, so I desperately need your financial help my friends if you want an aggressive leader from the 1st District in Congress. Many of you have been filled with a lot of propaganda from our own party about who should fill the seat in Congress. That is for you to decide, not them. Let me tell you that a vacant seat is better than one that is filled with uninformed incompetency. Strength, dedication, fearlessness, maturity, honesty, the founding father mentality guided by American history and traditionalism , and yes, even a little radicalism to combat the misguided left wingers is what we need.

I am now running on the fumes in the financial tank, so give help to the old warrior who will do battle for you is all I ask. I simply don’t have anymore of my own to give. Please don’t put this necessity off, because I cannot let current opportunity pass me by. You won’t regret it.

I believe they should all resign their leadership positions immediately, especially Chairman Saul Anuzis who was the initiator of this sorry episode. It was he who introduced "Rule # 11" into 1st District politics. Also it would serve the two national committee people that Saul asked to sign on to this, to rescind their decision and issue a public apology to the voters for their mistake. This political abomination is a disgrace to all that patriotic Americans stand for.

Returning to the debates, they are in need of an impartial sponsor. It could be an individual looking for a little notoriety, a business, a media organization or maybe someone who is a blogger. The only things left to do would be to confirm the event facility, which was done once already, press release the facts, solicit about three impartial moderators, get someone that can podcast the event on the internet and see that a few tables are moved around, etc. It would be good for the sponsor, good for the candidates, and very good for the voters in the 1st District. It gives them the chance to evaluate the ability of the candidates to perform under stress like they would have to if elected to the U.S. Congress. I asked for these Republican debates way back at the Luce County Lincoln Day Dinner in September of 2007. I also believe that once congressional debates were established by our parties candidates here in the 1st, it would soon spread all over the nation. And that would be a very good thing for American politics. I had people tell me this will never happen, but it already has ( Thanks to the organizational skills of Mr. Bill Kosloskey ) and we can perpetuate it as a future congressional event in every election cycle thereafter.

Oil Crises:
June 6th, is a day to be remembered, not only for the invasion of Normandy, but also for the invasion of your pocketbook. The price of a barrel of oil (32 gals.) jumped a whopping $10.75 in one day for a record $138.00 dollars total. It really amazes me to believe that the U.S. Congress goes home and goes to bed at night, not realizing the magnitude of the financial impact this has on the lower income strata of average Americans. It conveys a shudder of uncertainty regarding the very basic necessities for literally millions of small American families. The fear of the total collapse of all you have worked so long and hard for, would not mean much more than a slight financial inconvenience, if you were a member of the U.S. Congress. Their salary is more than three times that of the average American family and five times more if you are a U. S. Senator. This is why they have such a nonchalant attitude about this price gouging.

Who’s fault is this outrageous over pricing of petroleum products?
–First, the producers of foreign oil have organized a pricing conspiracy designed to bankrupt Americans. As little as five years ago the cost of pumping a barrel of oil was around four dollars a barrel. Lets give them the benefit of the doubt and say inflation has caused that price to double and another four dollars to pipe the crude to the shipping facilities. Now divide $12.00 into $138.00 and you will get a 1,150 percent increase in price at the pump. However this does not mean all of the profiteering goes to the crude wholesalers. There are other handlers along the way.

–Second, as the crude is making it’s way to the refineries and then to the retailers, it is bought and resold multiple times by people in the stock market commodities section of the traders who are referred to as "speculators." They can double or triple the price of oil before it is removed from the ship and piped to the distributors.

-Third, the oil producers, this includes the mega companies that not only produce domestic oil from our own soil, but also buy and refine oil from the foreign producers. They are currently enjoying a ride on the wave of price increases set by the oil cartels. We should not condemn the oil companies for taking advantage of a situation created by foreign interests.

–Fourth, The oil commodity itself is generating it’s own energy in the market because of the frenzy in the stock exchange. I remember this same phenomena occurred with the price of gold back in the late seventies. It went from a little over four hundred dollars an ounce to about eight hundred and forty dollars an ounce before the confidence in the gold commodity collapsed and it quickly returned to the stable $ 400.00 plus range where it remained until about five years ago when it followed the oil pricing model. This collapse of confidence could happen again in the near future for both commodities. (i.e.) Lets hope it does for the sake of financial stability.

No one knows how much each of these factors separately determine the price at the pump, because the cause and effect varies from one to the other on a daily basis.

Let me be very clear about this. I am one of those conservatives that believe the market should function without any interference from the government. Price controlling simply does not work. This has been proven over again. Having said that, I must also say that on rare occasions, emergencies can develop where strong measures of repair need to be applied to damages that occur from unforseen events. Such as natural disasters, or wars that upset the normal course of events. In these cases temporary action can speed the return to normalcy. This is where clear heads and political courage must step forward and assume leadership roles. Constructive creativity is the gift of patriots that place country before personal benefit.

I clearly remember one such incident where the market place was largely interrupted by converting private business to war products production. It was during the second world war, when the war effort took precedent over everything else. The rationing of every commodity from food to almost every other consumer product became the tool for recovery. America runs on energy and we must not capitulate to a minority of environmental idiots. This attitude is originating from the progressive left wing former socialist communists, that want to bring us to our financial knees. Let us use our tools of recovery by closely questioning, examining and electing people that understand this dilemma for our own protection.

The answers to the energy crises are very simple. All we need is political guts to use the power of the presidency and the congress to implement the action needed to provide our own petro-energy.

Answers:
–The president must declare a national emergency, and then order the dept. of energy to authorize the oil companies to began immediate drilling wherever it is most practical for immediate results.

–The congress must replace energy reluctant environmental leaders with energy production leaders who will carry out the initiatives ordered by the president.

–The oil commodity must be temporarily removed from the stock markets to allow the production system to function without profiteering middlemen.

-The construction of at least eight new refineries must be immediately started by executive order on an emergency basis even if it takes limited subsidies and unlimited manpower. We built the Alcan Highway in eight months and we can do the same with refineries.

–By following these simple solutions we would frighten the arrogant Opec Cartel so completely that we would see prices drop dramatically in a few weeks after the emergency edict has been announced.

Lets get real my friends, we have been lulled into a mood of helplessness by a bunch of left wing zealots. These are times when a little radical American spirit is sorely needed.

Tom Casperson has never replied to show any interest in facing Don Hooper or Linda Goldthorpe in the first debate or this debate. I received word from the Goldthorpe campaign early Saturday morning that she would not be attending. I have stepped away from this project in it’s entirety as well as politics in general. I found it almost unbelievable that Linda Goldthorpe would back out of a debate that took so much time and energy, by so many people, to put it all together. She has embarrassed me, Bill Kosloskey, Rick Stone and the M-J-M-L radio station staff, who has worked so hard to put on this debate series that would have served all of the candidates well if they would have treated it with respect. She gave me a feeble excuse down at the 1st district meeting in Indian River that she has a fund raiser on June 6th. She had plenty of time to change the fund raising date and was well aware that the 6th was one of four dates that were scheduled for these events, and she said nothing to me about this before now. I met with her several times for extended periods, and gave her good advice on how to be more effective with her campaign even though she was one of my adversaries. I am very disappointed with her (and Linda, you will get a copy of this mail ) after all that so many people did to help her. I knew when these debates where being put together that the prime movers were people that favored her candidacy above my own but I didn’t let it bother me because they were treating me very fairly, asking for input as they were hammering out the details. I am very confident of my own rhetorical abilities, therefore whatever kind of questions they would ask me, I could give them an intelligent answer, so it didn’t matter who they were as long as they didn’t conspire to set me up with questions designed to cause hesitance and the impression of having no answer. My discernment told me that was not the case, and my judgement proved to be correct. I found Bill Kosloskey to be an honorable man and I still have that respect for him. We must remember that moderators also assume the risk of being exposed by the candidate if they ask setup questions that obviously have no answer. No such thing happened at the first debate. I was very pleased with everyone that took part and I told them so.

It is my opinion that the Casperson people are afraid of these debates because, while he is filled with information that concerns the state, (and he should be, after sitting in the state house day after day) he is not up to the problems we face as a nation, nationally and internationally. Therefore the party supporters are attempting an end run on the system by using the power of the party to sweep him into office. I cannot adequately express my disappointment with the party leaders for engaging in such low life methods to enroll another member into the "Party club."

This type of behavior is not acceptable in the ethical rule book of the Republican party, the United State Congress, the American culture and the Christian standards we live by. I really shouldn’t be surprised by this, because ignoring me has been used as a tool against me since the first day I ran for The U. S. Congress over five years ago. I have related this truth many times over, that I have yet to this day, to receive so much as a single phone call, or any mention of me in party media events, or any minute suggestion of help of any kind from my party in all these election cycles over five years. I have been treated worse than "The prodical son" at least his father was glad to see him when he finally came home. It is only as of late, that the general public is finally becoming aware of it. I no longer give a damn what I say to any of them because I have nothing to lose. They now know this, and my fortitude causes them to fear me more then I fear them, which is not at all.

These debates are very important because it forces a candidate, to face the voters in a setting that is electronically carried visually and verbally) throughout the entire district and beyond , and answer undisclosed questions about all the major issues that face us as a nation. This is vital information for the voting public. It separates the informed from the uninformed and displays any character flaws that candidates may be trying to hide with senseless rhetoric. I looked forward to these debates with enthusiasm because at last it provides a chance to separate the wheat from the chaff. Now because of candidates choosing not to take part, the weak- kneed will slither off to the protection of their mentors and we will be stuck with party selected, not voter selected, candidates for years to come. It’s the old story all over again, we will put you into office and at the same time we will get credit for getting one of our own into the club.

It makes me wonder if any of them ever give consideration to the future of our country and what will happen to the greatest nation on earth if we don’t select leaders that reflect the courage, creativity and spirit of the founders. They were very mature, self taught, free spirited thinkers who will live forever in the hearts of patriots.

My message to all candidates, " Quit playing political games and get out of the process if you don’t have the guts to stand up and be exposed to the public alongside of your competition. It is this very same political manipulation that has dragged us into this third rate leadership crises we are now in." We have a Constitution that was drafted for the people of America and it’s time we start to live up to it’s time proven principals. This document allowed us to become what we are and to deny it’s guidance will condemn us to third world status.

My fellow candidates, I began our association with a sincere respect for both of you, but now you have shaken my confidence. I hope you will reconsider your weak respect for the debates. All the money you can raise at your events will be of no use if you can’t prove your worthiness as a candidate. I told both of you in front of everyone at the 1st district meeting that I would pound you with E-mail criticism if you threw this 60 year old debate tradition out the window, and this is only the start. I am not insulting anyone’s character by demanding forthrightness. You have the same opportunity to criticize me if you feel I am engaged in untruthful activity.

I don’t like being mean, but I am getting very tired of sitting silently by and watching my constitutional rights being sucked away from me with unethical rules being used against me by the very same people that should be providing me with equal opportunity. It is called "Discrimination," do you remember that word? There is an old scriptural reference, "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free." Or it might destroy you if you abuse it directly or indirectly through the actions of others.

If you don’t remember anything else I have written here, try to remember this. There are natural unwritten rules that govern -- science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, weather, gravity, electricity and the elements. There are also rules that govern the abstract,-- truth, honesty, love, hate and life itself.

To violate any or all of these rules will bring eventual chaos to nations and individuals alike. It’s little wonder why we are sliding into the pit. Without intelligent leadership the future doesn’t exist. Prove your worth by taking the tests of leadership without the help of surrogates.

Where
The first suggestion of this plan I could find, reaches back to the German philosopher Karl Marx 1818–1883. His "Manifesto" outlined a model for world domination, which was followed by contributions from two other German social scientists, namely, Max Horkheimer (1895–1973) and Herbert Marcuse, (1898–1979). They co-founded " The Encyclopedia of Marxism" in Frankfort during the early years of the second decade in the 20th century.

How
The Russian revolutionary, Vladimir Lenin, used the philosophical ideals of this trio to formulate his plan for Russia’s Bolshevik revolution beginning in 1914. He succeeded in transforming the examples of abstract philosophy into physical reality by forcefully overpowering the Russian guard and removing and executing the ruling Czar and his family. He replaced them with a society governed by a central government controlling a communal living system for the Russian people. He labeled the new society "The Soviet Union." The physical revolution was completely successful, but the following cultural social experiment failed after an uninterrupted 73 years. The new government is now engaged in a slow recovery via a primitive form of democracy.

When
The concept of Communism didn’t end there. After the collapse of The Soviet Union, the unemployed political leaders, now officially labeled as "Communists," slithered into the western nations, ( particularly the Americas) where they now operate and live comfortably. However their political philosophy did not restart with the new arrivals because we already had a sufficient amount of American born ultra-socialists living and operating here. You can discover them firmly embedded as professors in our institutions of higher learning. Others are leaders in industry, science and social studies. A multitude of foreign disciples operate in our government facilities as ambassadors and staff members. They sit in their cubicles of contrivance in a skyscraper called "The United Nations Building" in New York City. It is there, that most of the compositions gleaned from the contributors both past and present, are bound together in this document we know as "Agenda 21." They have taken the old concept of communism and redefined it as "Globalism" or "The New world Order" to make it more palatable for the public. "Agenda 21" was made public in 1993 and continues to be redefined, promoted and peddled by the elite of the intellectual community. The general plan is already well into the implementation stage, especially here in the United States, because we are suckers enough to pay for their intention of controlling our future.

Action
The magic words in the program are "Sustainable Development." Most of the recent contributors are sponsored by The United Nations organization. Each contributor selectively applies the latest information available, relative to his field of expertise, to create a thesis on how this information can be translated into a practical application of action dedicated to the restoration of the planet as close to how it was in a primeval period, before the intrusion of human existence. The intent is not to eliminate humanity completely, but rather to minimize our effect on the environment by severely limiting the number of people they feel the planet can support without exhausting it’s resources. When you first read portions of the contributors essays, it all seems innocent enough, because we all want to preserve our environment for future generations. However this reorganization is not confined to land or water control. If it were fully implemented, the tentacles would extend into how we produce and use our energy, what access we have to areas under government control, what type, and how many aircraft will use our skyways, what subject matter will be taught to our children, what traditional American values will be discarded, how much of our individual travel will be curtailed, Will our borders be protected? Will the economy continue to function on a free market basis? Will the "Bill of Rights" still protect us? Will our system of jurisprudence belong exclusively to American’s ? Will America survive as a sovereign nation??? The answer to the last five questions is a resounding "NO."

Why
George Bush the senior, got us into this monumental mess by signing on to "The Rio Accords" in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 without even reading it. I believe that, because it isn’t possible to fully understand the consequences and retain the massive amount of material in the document in a few short days at a conference. He had to accept the opinions of his agenda supporting advisors. Bill Clinton, further promoted the agenda in 1993 by appointing a commission to implement action on securing resources to bring under U.N. control. It is called "The strategic plan for the U.S. Biosphere Reserve Program," it contains well over 47 existing biospheres with 44 million acres under control and growing fast. Dozens of our nations major parks, such as Yellowstone, Yosemite, The Statue of Liberty and Independence Hall are all currently under the control of The United Nations.

The Reason
I am writing this extremely condensed article on "Agenda 21" because whenever I mention this document to acquaintances, most of them give me a blank stare indicating absolute innocence on the subject and that frightens me very much. This Agenda has the potential of destroying the Constitutional sovereignty of The United States and we are allowing it to happen and paying for most of it, as it happens. If you can’t spell "Agenda 21" or ‘ Globalism’ or ‘The new World Order,’–try ‘Communism, because that’s exactly what it is. We as FREEDOM loving Americans must separate ourselves from The United Nations. American intelligence is second to none throughout the world, and we can handle any environmental or social problems we have without the help of foreign dignitaries whose ultimate goal is our destruction. Use your pens, e-mails and voices to let them know we will not surrender our LIBERTY to anyone.

Earmarks are one of the major reasons why we have such an enormous deficit. Adding to the cost of well intended legislation is a practice that has experienced tremendous growth in the last few decades. It is viewed as an easy vehicle of wealth redistribution used by Congressional members who are too incompetent or lazy to construct legislation of their own. They also provide cover from the wrath of their constituencies. Suckling from the legislation of others has been commonly practiced by the representative we employ here in our 1st District.

There is a better method of providing financing for local projects without huge government subsidies. It is called “Lowering taxes.” Just imagine what that would do for us. Instead of sending our money to the state and federal government and then after begging, having only part of it returned to us, we could efficiently spend all of it right here, through our local government, for what we want and how much we want to be taxed for it. We would not be burdened by restrictions that should not apply to us. We could actually design the way we live. If we don’t wean ourselves soon, there may not be any teat left for us to draw on.

The McCain-Feingold, Campaign Finance Reform Act is an unprecedented, unconstitutional disaster. It is the worst piece of legislation that ever passed through the U.S. Congress since the personal income tax.

Adoption of my campaign finance reform would revolutionize American politics and revitalize the spirit that made us so great. It goes without saying that incumbents will fight the passage of this legislation like a dog protecting his bone, but if we don’t start a public campaign to eliminate the outrageous advantage the incumbent has over the challenger, we will be stuck with the same stagnant mind set of career politicians forever.

This legislation will force the incumbents to depend on the generosity of their own constituency just as their challengers must do. We, as Americans deserve to explore the potential of new political creativity generated by fresh minds in the quest for a stable and dynamic America.

Thomas Jefferson, one of the most prominent fathers of the Constitution put it this way; “It is my hope that elected members of the House of Representatives will spend one or two terms as officials and then be “anxious” to return to the farm.” The trouble is, they don’t want to return to the farm. They intend to keep us prisoners of their own limitations until they choose to end it.

Don Hooper’s Campaign Finance Reform:
— No state candidate contending for a seat in the Michigan House of Representatives may solicit or accept campaign funding from outside of the boundaries of the Michigan House District (he or she) lives and represents. This rule applies to incumbents and challengers alike.

— No state candidate contending for a seat in the Michigan State Senate may solicit or accept campaign contributions from anywhere outside of the boundaries of The Michigan Senate District (he or she) lives and represents. This rule applies to incumbents and challengers alike.

— No federal candidate contending for a seat in the United States House of Representatives may solicit or accept campaign contributions from outside of the boundaries of the federal congressional district (he or she) lives and represents. This rule applies to incumbents and challengers alike.

— No federal candidate contending for a seat in the United States Senate may solicit or accept campaign contributions from outside of the boundaries of the state in which (he or she) lives and represents. This rule applies to incumbents and challengers alike.

This currency will be returned to the contributor or given to a registered charity of the candidates choice.

— All registered political parties in the United States will be forbidden to use party aggregates for the direct promotion of any party candidates.

The above description is a condensed outline of Don Hooper’s campaign finance reform. The actual legislation would be written in language as simple as the Constitution itself to prevent revisionists from using lawyer language that could distort the true meaning of the final draft.

Instead, It will be up to a majority of the several hundred "Super Delegates" that emerge from the war to select the candidate of their choice. In my way of looking at this. It stinks of something that a third world dictatorship would do to ignore the selection of all the people, in favor of a chosen few insiders.

Mmmm, – This sounds very familiar, maybe because it resembles what the Republicans are doing here in our 1st District by selecting their anointed candidate for The United States House of Representatives, while at the same time imposing "Rule #11" against the remaining two candidates. Only here it is not several hundred "Super Delegates," it is only one "Super Duper Delegate" named Saul Anuzis, that is doing the choosing.

In both cases, it smells of anti-American ethics and goes against the grain of all the principals we have worshiped since the inception of our Great Nation.

While our behavioral patterns are considered more liberal then those of surrounding nations we do maintain a level of moral standards that regulate the gray areas where specifics are left to the discretion of the courts. Some of the gray areas contain voids where unsolicited reparation is bestowed on individuals that have committed serious acts of maleficence. These dividends originate from self-serving entrepreneurs who invest and eventually profit handsomely on the misfortune of some, caused by the abhorrent acts of others. Such acts usually create immediate fame for the perpetrators, permitting this vehicle of notoriety to be translated into profit via media contrivances.

Profit is not condemned by capitalism, when it is achieved by conventional methods, in fact it is one of our revered hallmarks for financial success. However, when that goal is accomplished by the tools of contempt for the American justice system, it is time to put a restraint on it.

Hypothetical case in point. A man solicits the services of a prostitute in a state where it is illegal. The man becomes exposed and loses his job, his wife, his home, his future and much of his fortune along with dignity and respect. —The prostitute becomes famous and receives extravagant monetary offers from magazines, television, radio shows, motion picture contracts and offers from book publishers. With no specific laws to prevent this abomination of impartiality, how can the prostitute and her investors be prevented from profiting by way of this illegal act?

The answer. Such cases must be brought to the courts attention by state prosecutors where gray area arguments against acts of criminal profiteering can prevent the acceptance of such illicit offerings. Then petition the court to waive the offerings acceptance for a period of at least one year. By that time “Hustler Magazine” and a few other smut productions will no longer make extravagant offers to the defendant because the public will no longer be interested. Such a phenomena as the case outlined above is extraordinary, and lies within unexplored areas of American jurisprudence, but it is not outside of the American public’s outrage.
